Parameters

tool	the name of the tool (e.g. argv[0]) or NULL.

Returns

the help messages as string

If tool != NULL, the function will display a header like:

 tool [ARGUMENT]... syntax:
   aclient [OPTION]... @ tool [OPTION]... @...

on the help page.
