The Makefile.am is used as wrapper for the build.bash and performance.bash commands to automate.

usage: Nhi1Make COMMAND ?args=...|ALL?

  build ........ build the environment
  update ....... update the environment
  perftest ..... make the performance test
  results ...... print last results from 'docs/total_link.perf'
  clean ........ cleanup the files created
  help ......... show this file
