filesystem: The new specifications for the file structure were implemented, directories were moved and names were adjusted.

coding-standart: The new specifications for the object-name and the type-name have been implemented and the new standard for the callback implementation has been adopted.

native documentation parser: The native documentation parser has been rewritten to comply with the new-standard introduced with theSq3Lite.
